Pleasant

When the staff was there they were very nice, and the place is very new and well decorated. There’s a rooftop that has a great view of the mountains.

I arrived and nobody gave me a towel or a blanket the staff was never there and I spend 3 days not being able to sleep properly because it was too cold. There was someone that left the day we arrived and nobody ever came to clean the sheets which made me wonder if I was sleeping in someone’s dirty sheets.

Decent stay, but if you're into good sleeping vibes like me, there are better options.

Everything is simple and straightforward. No "sudden" deposit like some hotels tend to do. Bedroom, bathroom, toilet are all clean. Nice coffee shop downstairs with even nicer barista.

Blanket isn't a real blanket, more like a supersize bath towel. The private room is just barely furnished and feels almost dystopian.

Cheap private room + Nice staff

I was looking for a private room because i was tired of unpolite people in dorms in another hostel downtown. So i found everything i needed there. I was alone, with AC and a comfy bed. The staff was super nice, and the breakfast ok ! The location is great if you want to find a more local neighborhood (and want to see some boxing games), but not so close from the old town. Also, i recommend the Baan Landai restaurant near by.

The place was quite loud, there was a huge gap under the door. There was no plug by the bed, so i had to plug my stuff near the door. But the main thing i didn't know before getting there : there was NO WINDOW in my room (and i didn't know since there was no picture of the room).

All messy and smelly

Nothing

Is the worst, people is actually living there, so all is messy and dirty. They snore so loud so we didn’t sleep. The showers have flys and the doors are broken. Is the worst hostel that i ever been.

It feels like lack of care. Most of times no staff was available. My linens had old blood stains on them. Very noisy street.

Extremely dirty. There was nobody there really staff wise, its like you are walking into a frat house. There were silverfish bugs all over the walls in the toilets, showers look like theyve never been cleaned, shower doors didnt close, the shower racks were broken, no place to hang your clothes, there were dirty socks in the showers which were never removed in the course of 3 days. Several of the matras covers were stained with what looked like blood. You don't get sheets/blankets, all we got was a large towel still very damp which we apparently needed to use as a blanket. We didnt get an actual towel to dry ourselves with either. Beds and pillows were very hard. Please don't stay here, there are way better hostels out there. This is the worst hostel ive ever stayed at.

Amazing staff. Very helpful and outgoing. Big, bright, comfortable room. Beautifully designed common area. Location not too far from Old Town as well as Nimman area.

I absolutely loved this hostel and so far it’s been one of...

I absolutely loved this hostel and so far it’s been one of my favourite stays! The facilities were good and cleaned a few times a day. The beds were comfortable and like a pod style which is perfect for when I wanted a little quiet time. The room was spacious and there was enough room even when the 12 dorm room was fully booked. The vibe in the hostel was incredible! The staff were always welcoming, fun and even organised some fun evening activities. One day we went for dinner at a local place and then headed to a local market. They had also just finished designing the rooftop which was a beautiful place sit during the day to see the hills and the city or at night with the beautiful fairy lights. The hostel was a lot of fun and perfect for anyone looking for a chilled, social, comfortable hostel. Also I had a real need for some good coffee so having the coffee shop downstairs was amazing!

Incredible location with friendly staff, clean and comfy bed, and best burgers in Chiang Mai

Incredible staff that are friendly and eager to please guests. The hamburgers in the cafe were the best I have had in Chiang Mai. They BBQ the in front of you and everything is so perfect at the end. The beds and bathrooms were very clean. The showers were really nice also. I will for sure stay here again. Oh and the area was great with a lot of cheap food options. It was a lot of fun walking around this local area.

Breakfast really poor, for a café they may be offering the coffee since there is nothing for breakfast. No bath towel and not informed previously.

Das Frühstück war leider sehr nicht wie erdacht. Es gibt Toast und Mandarinen zum Essen. Als Getränke standen Instant Tees zur Verfügung. Was uns Missfallen hat war, dass das Hostel zum Teil keine richten Fenster hatte, sondern nur Klappläden und es deshalb warm und laut in den Zimmern war. Die Sauberkeit entspricht leider auch nicht unseren Ansprüchen. Überall waren Haare in unseren Dorm und es wurde dort nicht gesäubert. Die Lage des Hostels war vielen Taxifahren nicht bekannt weshalb wir immer Googlemaps nutzen mussten.
